By participating in our programs or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which serve as a legally binding agreement between you and Ugly Dojo.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.

2. Eligibility for Membership

Ugly Dojo’s services are exclusively tailored to men who are 30 years of age or older. By signing up for our programs, you confirm that:

You are at least 30 years old.You are male and seeking personal growth, recovery, or empowerment as part of a supportive group environment.You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements or violates these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services Provided

Ugly Dojo offers a range of programs aimed at helping men recover from emotional and psychological traumas, with a focus on:

4. User Obligations and Conduct

By participating in any Ugly Dojo service, you agree to:

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in termination of membership without refund.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for Ugly Dojo services must be made in full before the start of any program or service.

We accept payments via PayPal and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).Payments are processed securely, and your financial information will not be stored by Ugly Dojo.Any fees, charges, or taxes associated with payment processing are the responsibility of the client.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of Services:

You may cancel your participation in any program or event by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the start of the program.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds are available for services cancelled within the allowable time frame (48 hours prior to start).No refunds will be issued for partially completed programs or events.

We reserve the right to cancel any program at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to affected clients.

Confidentiality within Group Programs:

Upon termination, any outstanding payments will remain due, and no refunds will be issued unless specified otherwise.
